This small chamber (or as I call it a tower), is mainly a defensive one, and it lies, according to the original scheme of the castle, in the boundaries of the outer wall of the castle. There is one little chamber on the top and the two chambers are connected by a single hole in the conical ceiling of the lower chamber. This hole is mainly made for defensive purposes and it is common as well in the larger tower (some meters away from this small one). It is aimed to provide the defenders some means to attack people in the lower floor in case of an assault. Too bad I couldn't be in the upper chamber, but even if I was able to go there, it would be hard I guess to get into that one with my backpack!
